Peak outside temps over 90, product arrived with 4 degree change over July 4th weekend.

Artisan Beverage in Charlotte, NC needed to get 7 pallets of beer from Perennial Artisan Ales in St. Louis.  On this shipment was a mix of conditioned beer and non conditioned beer in kegs.

We placed a sensor on the conditioned beer with the expectation of not having the beer reach the 70s or 80s as it sat over the long weekend.  The shipment left on July 2nd and arrived into Charlotte on July 7th.  Our sensor ran for 3.5 days before the battery ran out... but here are the results.  Blue line is the outside temps, red line is the conditioned beer.  We are IMPRESSED!  What about you?
